SEO Moz’s 2011 edition of their Search Engine Ranking Factors documents highlights several new factors Google has begun using in search ranking. Some of the big changes from recent years include increased importance in domain-level brand metrics, page-level social metrics and domain-level keyword usage, in addition to a higher focus on content and relevancy. Other factors, like anchor text in external links and exact keyword match domains have decreased in effectiveness while cloaking, over-optimization and being linked from pages penalized by Google produce a negative response.

Google Docs has been around a long time and has become an excellent solution for office applications.
I’ve used Documents here and there, and Spreadsheet’s even less.
Recently, I started using Google Doc Spreadsheets to crunch data on a regular basis.
Having previously used Excel most of the time, my first day on Google Docs was so-so. I didn’t really like it, but it had more to do with it being different, than bad. So I stuck with it.
When I began to break into some formulas to save time and spit-out data with less effort, I wasn’t expecting much. In the end, I was blown away!

There’s a lot of speculation and info filling-up the web on ‘how-to’ get invited into Google Plus. Of course, Google can change this up at any time. So, in the meantime, we all jump through the hoops and do as much as we can to work the system, and invite our friends and family.
