A couple weeks ago we took a look at some Android Baby Steps, tips to getting started on your shiny new toys. This week, we’re going to dive into some of my favorite Android apps that might help you out as you use your device for yourself and your ministry.
Android 101-01: Baby Steps
Christmas is over! The gifts have been given, cookies have been eaten, and your extended family is back home (where they belong!). Web Tools Your Church Needs
Churches are FINALLY beginning to recognize the power of the Internet for their ministry. What was once just a matter of engage well with your community and invite people face-to-face to church, send out flyers for events, and make sure Sunday morning has enough seats for the congregation has been completely revolutionized. Now it is about online marketing, digital evangelism and discipleship, and connecting regularly with people through emails, social media, and your blog.
Of course, if you are not new to church technology, this is nothing new. The issue is more about how to do this well. We have some ideas for you.
3 Great Digital Bulletin Options
One of the biggest communicating tools a church has is the Sunday bulletin. People have time during the service to read during transitions and take it home with them afterwards. The problem is that many times the printed bulletins end up in the trash and so many churches see that as environmentally unfriendly as well as a huge wasted cost because people do not have them at home.
The solution? A digital bulletin is the perfect alternative that will save you money, but ensure people have access to your bulletins, and even add a hyperlink and instant, direct communication. Here are the three best digital bulletin solutions.
