Whenever it comes to throwing a quick prototype together, my standard weapons of choice are either Notepad++ or Firefox and Firebug.
But I think I’ve got something else to add to the holster.

It’s from the same guys that brought us JS Fiddle so you know that seriously good hands built this thing.
Next time someone wants you to develop a quick mockup for a widget or part of page, load up this site. You’ll no longer be stuck in that rut of write code, refresh, get feedback, write code, refresh, get feedback, write code, refresh, …, err, you know what I mean.
