Are there any free services like quintly that would help get me started? Quintly’s free plan only offers FB analytics.

I have and am doing the best I can based off the information I get from it. I don’t really have anything to go off of when it comes to twitter though. Interaction there is quite lacking. What I really like about Quintly is ability to analyze posting times and when would be best to post based off the social network.
Let me add this is all for the church I work at. I just don’t think I could get the OK to spend money on this type of service at the moment.
