Eric, I think that they are both, but, I think that is cool!
If you love what you do, and get to work in an environment with those sorts of perks then that’s great! I’d work longer hours if I could get my laundry done, have onsite childcare, have access to food and drink, and play xbox with my friends and colleagues. I imagine that this sort of environment encourages community, which in my opinion is a great thing.
