Does your ministry actively invest in the management and study of your SERPS (Search Engine Page Results)?
A conversation recently with a executive pastor would conclude that the vast majority do not. Unfortunately for this ministry, they began to manage their SERPS after they discovered that they were de-listed after apparently being wrongly labeled as promoting “dangerous” material.
Hah.
Of course, this is not the best time to actively engage (and understand) these issues.
So, be honest. How many of you really invest some time in managing your SERPS for your ministry and/or non-profit?
