If you’re a JavaScript developer, then you likely know Douglas Crockford (and if you don’t, you owe it to yourself to follow his stuff).
Earlier this year, he gave an excellent talk at MIX10 on the history of JavaScript, its rise to power, the good parts, bad parts, and how it is simultaneously the world’s most popular programming language and the world’s least popular programming language.
