When I was young … wait … when I was really young, I had an Intellivision.
The controller was bad. Really bad.
I remember the first time I wrapped my hands around a Nintendo controller. I played for two days straight, eating nothing but mushrooms. My friend and I bragged about how sore our hands were from holding that rectangular piece of 8-bit magic.
Controllers have come a long way.
It’s almost a shame that Kinect type of tech may make the controller obsolete.
When I was a kid, we used controllers to play these games.

I LOVED the NES Max controller, but it seemed like that middle circle thing was pretty useless. Turbo buttons FTW!!!

Dude. I had the NES Max, too. I’m with you. I tried and tried with that stupid red “middle circle thing” (I think that’s a technical term). Totally useless.
Middle circle thing: FAIL!
Turbo buttons: FTW!
