Forms are awesome except that they generally look different depending on the browser that you’re using.
This, in turn, ruins your design.
A solution has been needed and someone finally did something about it…
Well, Nathan Smith of the 960-grid fame has created an incredible solution: Formalize CSS, and it might just be a better project than 960 (don’t take my word for it):
I want some measure of control over form elements, without changing them so drastically as to appear foreign in a user’s operating system. Thus, my quest to find a happy medium, where browsers would generally agree and let me keep my sanity.
