Do You Know How Coffee Affects You? [Video]

March 22, 2018

If you’re into church Tech you may also be into coffee. It’s one of those characteristics that actually plays into pop culture with being nerdy. There are certainly different tiers of people that like coffee, some like to go to the point of growing and roasting their own beans or trying to front ways to brew coffee. But the general idea is that you appreciate the drink.

What happens to your mind and body when you drink coffee? Do you know the limits of what you should be drinking every single day? And is caffeine a possible problem for your productivity?

I’d love to hear how this video impacts your own view of coffee in the comments below.

I drink coffee regularly. I have for nearly 25 years. Sometimes it’s the only thing I have until lunch.

Regularly is less of an issue compared to how much in a single day.

I am not sure I appreciate the tone of the Article Mr. Smith. You lure me in with a happy photo of a delicious looking cup of living water… only to hijak me with a video that can only be labeled as “Anti” under the disguise of “Informative”. I dismiss your “Alternative Facts” and insert my own personal love.

Don’t call me an addict, I can quit any time!

Haha. You are certainly more than your coffee consumption, for sure. It’s the irritability and twitchiness that I’m concerned about for you.

I don’t know what you are getting at with me being twitchy. I am rock solid and always smooth and steady. My skills with a mouse are astounding!

Great video, I’m on two, max three coffees a day, and I love it :)) It’s especially good, an hour before a workout!

Coffee is a natural diuretic and dehydrates your body faster, so do be careful you don’t overdo it because that could have negative impacts on your working out.

Of course, I drink around three liters of water per day. Gotta stay hydrated :)) and I feel a lot better!
