British Police will begin to take action against those involved in cyberbullying on Facebook.
Teenage volunteers will be helping in the project by sending police warning notices. Once an action is flagged, the police will investigate. If it’s deemed as cyberbullying, the student will be informed and a letter will be sent to their parents informing them that if the behavior continues, they could be breaking the law.
The initiative will start in Reading, Berks., and if enough people “like” the idea, it could be rolled out across the South East from May.
Good idea?
