The Behance Network has released a very nice personal portfolio site solution:
Behance ProSite – Online Portfolio Sites from Behance
These Personal Portfolio Sites sync with the Behance Network, which you may already know, is the world’s leading platform for Creatives. Because this is Behance, I’m not surprised by how nice this new system is, but I am still left very impressed.
First, a few details. They get you hooked-in straightaway. You can sign-up and build your site for free. Thankfully, this new service happens to be very reasonably priced, since after setting up your new site, I’m confident you’re going to want to see it launched!
After building your site for free, you can go live for only $11 per month. Considering how nice it looks and all the features for customizing your site, they probably could have gotten away with charging more. You receive unlimited hosting, unlimited projects, and you won’t touch a single line of code. No plugins, no programming, the focus is on displaying your work, and don’t worry about options and being stuck with a “cookie-cutter” looking site, the in-browser design features are strong.
This is how it works:
- Create a free portfolio on the Behance Network
You can display an unlimited number of projects that will be exposed to millions of site visitors who visit Behance to track the world’s best. - Sign up for a ProSite
Putting together your site won’t take hardly any time at all, especially since your ProSite will sync with your Behance Network projects. This is what you get with ProSite:
- An easy and powerful site builder.
- A load of options customization – we’re talking about more than just changing your background color!
- No Behance branding.
- No ads.
- No programming needed.
- You can use your own domain name.
- Maintain all your work in one place.
- Unlimited multimedia projects.

You will be synced with more than just Behance, too. You can link it within your Linkedin profile, so your profile can be viewed by those looking at your Linkedin profile. It almost goes without saying, anymore, but I’ll mention it anyway: You can promote your new work via Facebook and Twitter tools, too. Plus, you get the great esteem of Behance. They partner with some of the top organizations, industry-specific sites, thus giving you more exposure with your online projects.
