It is rare for me to get overwhelmingly excited about an app, but Flipboard is something very special.
You see, when I purchased my iPad, I had a very specific idea about what I wanted to use it for, and that was to consume media, specifically media from blogs and social networks. However to do that I had to use a separate app depending on what I wanted to consume. Safari for Facebook, Hootsuite for Twitter, Google Reader for my RSS subscriptions, etc. Plus most of these were not built specifically with iPad in mind.

Sure, it can unlock the car automatically when you approach the car, connects to the car’s display and GPS, and integrates social networking.
It’s a smartphone for a car.

China: 19.83 Million New Subscribers
China’s mobile telecom boom is huge.
19.83 million new subscribers have been added in the first two months of this year.
The shift in telephone use from landlines to wireless has been so swift, they’ve even converted telephone booths into WiFi hotspots to increase 3G coverage.

iOS 5 Release Purportedly Pushed to Fall
I’m sure we’ve all heard the rumors surrounding iOS 5 and what features it’s going to include lately. Many speculate that Apple will make a big move towards the cloud, with a possible revamp of MobileMe, and some type of storage for music online rather than locally using iTunes.

The images shown were all created “in camera”.The change in tones, removal of odd blemishes and the addition of some vector was allminimal post production work, created using PS & AI.
