Here are 10 questions you can ask your church social media followers to increase engagement rate among your congregation. Without engagement, you’re like a seed that fell on rocky places.
Do you know what an engagement rate is? No, I’m not talking about how fast all your friends got married in their 20’s (although it’s true). I’m talking about one of the most important metrics in social media. You can have 10,000 followers, but if none of your followers are engaging with your content, then the content is failing to do its job.
There are plenty of ways to capture people’s attention and you can definitely pay for ads to increase your reach, but the best (and free) way to get your content out there is to engage your audience. Ask and you shall receive (more likes).
Here are 10 different types of questions you can ask, followed by some real life questions you can ask right now (with some tweaking!):

There are two key rules in asking questions on social media:
- Be precise
- Keep it simple
Questions should be short and simple so they can be easily read and answered immediately. Lengthy posts are ignored. Avoid asking two questions at the same time or multiple questions on the same topic. Also, try to not sound like a robot, but more like an old, caring friend.
Since you’re now a social media engagement question asking genius, I expect to see some questions you’re asking in the comments.
