The guys over at LifeChurch are taking YouVersion, one of the hottest online bibles, truly “live” with their upgrade for their mobile versions. You can check out their landing page here. Here’s what’s up from their mouths:
YouVersion Live is a free service that will give pastors, conference speakers, teachers, and group leaders the ability to share content and real-time feedback on mobile devices during live events, services, and more.
Honestly, this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while. The potential for this apps use during services, live events, conferences, could be huge. It’s launching in October.

That’s great if you have a mobile device capable of getting this app. Some of us regular folks aren’t there yet.
This works on any mobile that has a data connection and browser. It does have native apps for iPhone and Blackberry, but the same functionalty for YouVersion.com/Live will work through http://m.youversion.com in any mobile browser.
