The indicting information has been smudged out to protect the innocent, but I believe everyone can “get” what’s going on here.
I’m honestly surprised that nothing came up in the logo and/or branding sessions for this design – didn’t anyone think of how it would be understood in the greater context of culture? Or is this just a victim of a time where the “internet” culture wasn’t a part of our everyday thinking?

What is the meaning of those two arcs anyway? Internet culture or not “that” has always looked like that. We were a sexually charged culture long before the Internet.
