Alright.
Let’s see what you’ve got.
But first, let’s take a quick peek from last week:
- Joanna – has been taking on some new stuff!
- Raoul Snyman – shared an EPIC number of links. 😀
- Mark Robinson – redesigned his site–and it’s awesome!
- Paul Clifford – is really excited.
Last week’s Saturday Sunday Share was really cool. A lot of links, inspiration and EPIC sharing.
I can’t wait to see what you all have for us this week!

I re-designed my photography blog (http://everydaysnapshots.com) using Chris Rouse’s Simple Church Theme for Standard.

NICE! I love it!

This week I’ve been writing about finding hope during unanswered prayer http://www.joannamuses.com/2012/09/finding-reason-for-hope-when-your.html

Great stuff, Joanna. 🙂

I’m continuing on with my writing project, “The Serving Church” (http://bit.ly/theservingchurch). The first two days of last week I worked locally installing some stuff. I did some research for a company doing a trademark. I did and A/B test in my newsletter; apparently something with “newsletter” is a better title than the creative ones I’ve been trying to use.
I’ve also been working with ProPresenter5 (it makes me happy) and installed iOS 6 on my iPhone 3gs (and found it somewhat snappy).
Eric Dye says
Interesting about the newsletter title … thanks!

Last Sunday we released OpenLP 1.9.12[0] (yes, that’s the 12th release), AKA version 2.0 Release Candidate 3. It is the last release candidate, the next release is the real version 2.0. Wow.
I finished up the new design of the OpenLP forums[1], and opened my little server here at home to the wide world so that others can look at it. Try not to Slashdot it, mkay?
Wednesday was International Talk Like A Pirate Day, so at work we celebrated by putting up a Jolly Roger[2], while at home my youngest son was dressed in his pirate outfit[3].
Some friends came over and helped clean up my garden on Thursday, so now I have a lawn instead of a jungle. Now my son can get to the snails easier than before… so we’ve been dealing with the snail whisperer this week[4].
Then yesterday I bought and put together a new braai[5] (kinda like a BBQ, but not quite). Looking forward to National Braai Day[6] tomorrow (Monday the 24th).

BTW, I’m using a web font on the forums, so if it looks funny in your browser, please let me know and tell me which browser you’re using.
Eric Dye says
The forums look great!!!
Raoul Snyman says
Thanks, the design was done entirely in open source software too 🙂
Eric Dye says
Of course. 😉

The “snail whisperer” — LOL!
