My childhood saw a lot of engineering of some kind. My favorite video game as a teenager has definitely been the Roller Coaster Tycoon series, able to build your own theme park, focus on specific types of rides, and even build your own custom amusement park ride and ride it is amazing. This desire to build bigger and better was only fueled by the fact that we lived by the world’s biggest and fastest roller coasters at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio that I was visit several times a year while in middle school and high school.
The YouTube video below takes the concept of Roller Coaster Tycoon, a bit of creativity, and a lot of CGI to provide us with an awesome fantasy of “What if this were true?!”
