I love finding new tech services that have a Christian foundation or premise, including Churchm.ag’s faith-based writings, but I have never seen one like RevivalistHosting.com. Revival Hosting.com is a website hosting company that 100% of their profits go to supporting Christian missionaries currently on the mission field.
The company is run by Josh Read, a missionary in South Africa, who has a love for all things technology, but an even stronger calling from God to serve the outcasts and poorest people in the townships of South Africa.
For those of you who already have a website, Revival Hosting can transfer your current website to their servers for free!
Here is the cost breakdown:
- Small Package
- $4/month
- 500MB of bandwidth
- 100MB diskspace
- Medium Package
- $10/month
- 1GB bandwidth
- 500MB diskspace
- Large Package
- $18/month
- 3GB bandwidth
- 1GB diskspace
- Ultimate Package
- $25/month
- unlimited bandwidth
- 5GB diskspace
If you are looking to start a new website or renew a hosting site, I’d encourage you to give Revival Hosting.com a try.

I love that this exists, but coming from a small church plant any monthly bill is too much, when you can get unlimited dreamhost for free… would be a great alternative for churches that are currently paying for services
Jeremy Smith says
Most definitely. If your needs can be met by that service, use it. If you find anyone that is looking, do not hesitate to recommend these people! It’s an amazing cause.
Ben Read says
This is an excellent service, can’t recommend it Highly enough. It’s what we use for Youthmin.org and they do some amazing design work as well.

As far as i can tell they just have a reseller plan on bluehost for those that are wondering.
Josh Read says
Eric, you are correct. Bluehost is a great company and I do have a long history with them. The purpose of Revivalhosting.com is to give churches and ministry that need a host the opportunity to support the kingdom of God through a business expense. I also am able to help churches with any graphic design or website design needs as most small churches do not have access to someone with my credentials.

Very cool 😀
