In getting ready for the release of the movie, a ‘Super 8’ app has been released in the iTunes App Store.
It’s a neat little app that allows you to utilize your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad video capabilities to make films that look like they were made with a Super 8 camera and film.
So yesterday after the geek fest known as WWDC, twitter and the interwebs were frantic with developers and geeks alike wanting the new iOS5 beta. I honestly can say I was one of those wanting to join the developer program just to get the newest beta!

With the rise of the LG and HTC’s 3D phone, comes another player into the 3D shooting market.

Earlier this year, Apple announced they would take 30% of subscription fees from content-based apps like Hulu, Netflix or Spotify.
30% is a serious cut, and has left content-based apps in a tough spot. However, it looks like the UK’s Financial Times has figured-out a way to work around Apple’s new policy, and get back their 30%.
