I have a huge Delicious.com account that I haven’t added to in months. In fact, I’m pretty much over that service since it just wasn’t there in terms of my use.
But, I still go back to it occasionally since it has a bunch of great links. I need something better and I may have found the cure:
Historio.us is a simple bookmarking system that’s a bit more intuitive if you ask me, especially if you’re a “Google Search” person.
Just add the bookmarklet in your browser to get started and then start adding links. Easy. No need to “submit” it to the service.
Then you can go back and see all of your links or search via relevant keywords:
I’ve been using it for a bit and I already like it.
Let me know your thoughts! Were you a Delicious user?

Woo! I never used delicio.us because it seemed to clunky and counter-intuitive for me. Maybe this will be the answer. I’ll admit that I’ve forgone bookmarks almost entirely since I can just google what I need when I need it.

I used to use Delicio.us…but it just never clicked.
I started using Google Bookmarks recently and love it. I have a bookmarklet on my FF toolbar. Click, tag, categorize, done. NICE…

Ohhh I’m gonna try this. I have a gang of links on my delicious account but haven’t been there in almost a year. sheesh.
Lately I’ve been using Evernote and sorting links by project / interest / with tags, etc. I like that you can capture images since sometimes it’s just a cool pic on a website i like.
