With Font Awesome, you can easily add over 150 icons in your CSS. Although it’s designed to work perfectly with Twitter Bootstrap 2.0, you can still use it without.
Here are a few reasons you should consider using Font Awesome:
- Because Font Awesome is vector based, your icons will kick tail no matter the size.
- Font Awesome is free for commercial use!
- Since Font Awesome is rooted in CSS, any style you can apply in CSS will work — color, size, shadow, etc …
- Full browser compatibility via @font-face support.
- More icons to come!
Here are some examples of Font Awesome in action:
A nice an polished addition to any design.
