In my humble opinion, Comic Sans should be outlawed, permanently deleted from any and all computers, publications, and websites.
Apparently, there are people who feel differently. I came across this tongue-in-cheek love song for Comic Sans on YouTube. It’s a pretty catchy song actually and the lyrics are hilarious:
Comic Sans is the best font in the world
If you want your designs to look like they’re done by little girls
Comic Sans best used in moderation
Come on join me, the Comic Sans Nation
Well, I won’t be joining the Comic Sans Nation, but you gotta admire artists who can write a song about a font. Even though it’s the most believable font, I don’t see people doing this for Baskerville…

How do you feel about Comic Sans?
Ae you ready and willing to join the Comic Sans Nation?

Hilarious! Like the dated 80s look and sound, as it’s appropriate to the dated font π
It is still a cringeworthy font, but I hate it a little less after watching the video…heck you should do a CS version of ChurchMag to go along with it.

The video made me actually happy as well, never thought that would be possible with anything relating to Comic Sans π

The Font Conference video from CollegeHumor is still the best (a tiny bit NSFW).

Ahh, Wingdings. “Mailbox! Open Mailbox!”

Ha, that one is indeed hilarious, I’d never seen it before. Thanks for the tip π

Comic Sans. Oh comic sans. The bane of of our design world. Not a big fan. But I may join the nation lol! I thought about producing a counter video/battle video, like a RUN DMC type, for Papyrus lol! Maybe we could go back and worth on who is the better font π
