Coca-cola has some seriously great advertisements.
During the warmer months, they market themselves as the perfect addition to your summer; during the colder months, they’re synonymous with polar bears and even Santa Claus himself.
I recently caught their Happiness Machine commercial and loved it. Have you seen it?
It took all of 40 seconds before I found myself grinning along with the video. Aside from the pure creativity, I couldn’t help but think a little bit.
To be completely honest, I feel that Christians oftentimes talk about the nature of experiencing disappointment and that true happiness can only be derived from God and that’s where we should focus.
No, this isn’t necessarily how most feel, but some do, and I have to respectfully disagree.
At least to a point.
Aside from having an actual desire to be happy, we’re relational beings and are designed to interact with, invest in, and love one another. And I think it’s awesome that we can derive happiness in that way.
Even if it’s with a foot long sandwich coming out of a coke machine.

What I love about this is that it takes a bunch of people who probably do not know each other and gives them a chance to share. There is no worry about who you know and don’t know, its whoever is around gets a coke and a smile. Thats what I love about this video.
Good stuff Coke.
You are definitely better then Pepsi and Old Spice
