It’s difficult to throw down the gauntlet and declare “put up or shut up,” but it needs to be done. Churches, ministries and non-profits cannot have high expectations for social media growth and activity with small investments of time. However, if you are dealing with volunteers or a small staff, you can consider establishing teams to spread the load and have a greater chance of increasing effectiveness.
