This list contains the ten most recent record breaking moments on Twitter, measured in tweets per second (TPS?).
The timing must have been a little off, since the death of Steve Jobs generated more than 6,000 TPS and it didn’t make it on the list.
Even still, I was really surprised to see some of the top tweet getters:
