I saw this advertisement in the airport and it made me take stock of what I found to be ‘priceless’ in terms of what I do.
Backup is not one of them, although it’s very important!
For me, it’s really just my MacBook Pro which I would categorize as ‘priceless.’ What about you?

Does my wife count as a piece of hardware? I honestly don’t care about my hardware any longer. If it goes it goes, its not coming with me.
It can be replaced as my loved ones cannot.
Possibly the iPad and iMac but ehh I can do without.

I really rely on my phone. It has everything, email, calendar, and contacts when I’m away from a computer. It would be really hard for me to go without it.
Geek for Him says
Why do you need to be so connected when away from your computer?
John Saddington says

I’m in the same boat as Devon, but it’s because I’m an on-call technician…not being connected is not an option.

My left arm.

I would have to say my BlackBerry. It has everything on it. Which is probably why I should back it up more then I do.
Kevin says
I generally hold our entire rack of servers ‘priceless’…that rack keeps me employed and our company running. 🙂
Shawn says
The backup server, or course. Everything but that unique data can be replaced.

Personally, I would have to agree on the laptop. Quite a while back, our team sat around going through a book of questions. One of them asked what would be the one thing (thing, not person) you would grab on the way out the door if your house were on fire. The results were unanimous for the laptop.
