I’m not the “guy” when it comes to scheduling. I can hold my own and get it right enough to be functional but it can be a significant frustration for me, but I know the value of it and I’m working on it!
And when I get it right it makes people happy (especially my wife). But I can do better and perhaps it’s because I simply don’t have the right web app (because everything needs a web app, right?).
Jared passed me this and I thought I’d take a look:
SmartPointment could be the jam!
You can start and try it out for free, which I did, and see if you can roll it up into your daily process.
So far I like it but it’ll take a bit more for me to make a jump from basic Google Apps and Calendar. What about you? Are you using any other scheduling apps?

I’ve been using tunnel.me for awhile and really like it. The iPhone appcould be better but the web app and the widget on my blog work really well.

Personally, for scheduling appointments with others who are not on the same mail system, I love TimeBridge.com. It integrates wonderfully with gmail and google apps!
