When it comes to build things for the web, accessibility may or may not be a priority for you or your team. As much as an afterthought as it may be, it is still important to know how accessibility-oriented software – such as screen readers – view your pages.
As HTML5 increases in use, it’s worth tracking what elements are accessible and which are not. HTML5 accessibility is doing an excellent job of tracking said elements.
