D’oh! The Simpsons Got LEGO-fied

It’s always a good day when a new LEGO minifig series is released.

I’ll stand in the toy aisle and meticulously feel the package to determine which one contains the minifig my heart desires. It really is a fine art and I’ve developed a system with 95% accuracy.

That’s right. I’m 31 years old and I have no shame when it comes to LEGOs.

This week LEGO released Series 17 featuring 16 characters from The Simpsons.

Normally, I’ll pick up 2-4 minifigs from a series, but this time I couldn’t help myself and bought 6 of these iconic toys. Gotta say, LEGO nailed it.

There’s actually going to be a LEGO-fied episode of The Simpsons on May 4th!
