It’s being said that Stonehenge was built by using wicker baskets in a recent report and study and I personally love these types of reports and attempts at understanding incredible architectual masterpieces.
A few times in my life I have marveled how even a bunch of 1’s and 0’s can do the incredible things that they do when combined in the right order and in the right structure. Imagine, for a moment, how amazing it truly is that the saving message of Christ can be transferred and communicated to people across the world as you sit casually in your office chair in front of a computer.
Marvelous.
Of course, no one really knows how Stonehenge was actually built while we have a pretty clear picture of how computers were built and created, but the mystery is still the same.
I pray that I’m never unimpressed by the work that people have done to enable me to do my job and that I will continue to marvel at other creations with profound curiosity and respect that they are do.
A somewhat random thought this Thursday morning.
