There are a number of solid podcasts available for many of the most popular technologies available today especially if you’re working with .NET, jQuery, or similar technologies.
But if you’re working in something less mainstream, available resources may be hit or miss. That’s not the case if you’re a Rubyist.
Over the past few years, Ruby (and the Rails framework) have gained some serious popularity. The community surrounding the language is not only extremely helpful, but growing as well. Case in point: a number of new podcasts have cropped up such as The Ruby Show.
The Ruby Show covers news, discussions, topics, projects, developers, and other related news in the Ruby Community.
Personally, one of the best ways I’ve found to not only to stay in touch with what’s happening in a certain development community but to learn about certain tips, resources, and helpful things is to subscribe to podcasts.
Check this one out.
