I think we forget too often that most of the world does not have access to high-speed internet and digital broadband networking, and many more have unstable or very limited access.
So how do we reach these people with digital and online content, especially the Gospel?
Historically it’s been through the written word and translating the scriptures (which is still a very valuable and viable method). But what about digital audio?
The Bihar Bible Story Project is one such advancement that brings mobile audio to the Indian region. They’ve got eight indigenous languages translated in two forms of download, mp4 and near-CD quality.
One could easy transfer and travel with these translations via a USB key or any other small device. I love these simple ways to transfer the Gospel via mobile technology!
