Finally! Sony is joining the tablet party!
What started as the iPad launching a year ago with, lets face it, quite a bit of negativity from many, has now turned into a tablet frenzy with all sorts of companies jumping on the bandwagon.
As usual, there will, I’m sure, be a handful that will dominate the market. Will Sony’s tablet be one of them?
According to BBC News, Sony has announced that they will be releasing two tablet devices, both running the Google Android Honeycomb operating system.
Sony is certainly very late to the party compared to other manufacturers who have been releasing their versions of tablets running the Android operating system since the beginning of the year.
A lot of people believe that Sony will still make it through on the success of its popular brand and also the fact that Sony will be releasing their tablets with a few special features, namely video and audio transmitting to other devices such as TV’s and stereos and integration with their PlayStation network. Nice!
Who is going to be holding out to buy one of these beauties?
