sixstepsrecords (all lowercase, one word foo!) launched a new website all in flash and I like it.
Flash, generally speaking, has been downsized and downplayed (with good reason) and typically it’s because the quality is simply poor.
I don’t think I mind Flash so much when it’s done well (and I love what they do and don’t mind pumping some traffic their way).
Have you seen any other great flash-heavy spiritual sites that kick massive butt lately?

Clover creates all their sites in Flash, and does an excellent job with functionality and design. Our church uses them and we’ve been ridiculously pleased.

Dang man, the intro vid about what they're all about is worth some site pimping all by it's lonesome!
It's one of the reasons I LOVE Uncle Louie and sixsteps and the whole crew. They know what they want to say and they say it creatively and excellently! WOOHOO

SEO is one of the biggest issues for Flash sites. I was looking for the Catalyst Conference site (which is also built in flash) the other day and it took some time because it's hard for Google to index what it can't see. It's getting better but when it comes to SEO Flash sites just can't compete. Even Sony Music artist sites are no longer full flash, instead they switched to and open source cms which offers better SEO, better out of the box social media/networking functionality and a better overall bottom line. The first site they switched was a no name C class artist site. When this C class artist site started pulling more traffic than some A class artist sites it got the execs attention.
