We cover a fair amount of Ruby and Rails content here – I’m a fan, but I’m never sure how familiar many of you are.

This is one of the simpler tutorials I’ve found, but does a good job at explanining the basics.
Perhaps the slickest thing is that you can actually try some of this stuff out in your browser while learning it.

I’ve been itching for an excuse to build something in Rails, but haven’t yet had an opportunity.
A simple, open-source Rails app for child check-in at churches has been on my todo list for months.
If i only had more time. Thanks for all the great Rails resources.

I love the framework – I did my Senior Design project in it a couple of years ago, have built a few small personal projects with it, and now 8BIT’s actually building an application using it right now.
