There was a great article by Michael Hyatt today about “Rebooting Your Spirit” and I thought it was definitely worth a re-post. Here were 5 ways that Michael recommends to help get refreshed:
- Go Someplace Beautiful
- Be Fully Present
- Have Deep Conversations
- Spend Time Alone
- Have an Adventure
I’ve been trying honestly to remember the last time I did some of these. Although I got back from a much-needed vacation it was a pretty “busy” one (although very enjoyable).
