If you’re doing a lot of front-end development, specifically with markup, note that starting element ID’s with numbers is bad practice.
For example, the following is considered poor and invalid markup:

[/cc]
Specifically this does not necessarily convey the content that’s truly in the element (it’s not ‘semantic’), it violates the W3C specification, and it can actually cause problems with some server-side platforms.
In contrast, consider introducing some type of prefix into the element:
[cc lang=”html”]
[/cc]
