There are big agencies that produce everything from start to finish. If they made candy bars, they would be called: Hershey.
Then, you have the little guys. They are commonly known as Freelancers, but I like to call them Specialists.

Every year, the CPNB (Collective Promotion Dutch Literature) organizes Dutch Book Week. This year’s Dutch literature promotion focuses on autobiographies, and is titled ‘Geschreven Portretten’ (‘Written Portraits’).
The faces include Anne Frank, Vincent van Gogh, Louis van Gaal and Kader Abdollah.
