We’ve already noted how we’re fans of Google Apps and the robust number of features that is offered at minimal cost (free)!
One of the features that we started using just a little while ago was the ability to create user groups for easier communication.
For example, we created a “Staff” email address and “Team” email address that has a different set of recipients:
It’s super easy to create a group and then you simply begin emailing out!
It’s really the simple things that can make all the difference – I personally hated having to input each email address all the time when just one will do.

Can we add emails addresses that are not in the same domain (Like Yahoo mail, Gmail, Live)???
