There are rumors floating around that Apple is looking at launching a cheaper and smaller version of the iPhone.
This could really put a damper on anymore “clone” jokes. An iPhone of a different size! Why!?!
Google’s Android has forced Apple’s hand.
This new iPhone is proposed to be a 1/3 smaller than the iPhone 4 and will retail for about $200 without a contract. This is all still rumors, but with a global economic crunch and the Andriod knocking at the door, I think this won’t stay a rumor for much longer.
