I’m much more familiar with the iPhone ecosystem than any other one out there so I’m constantly curious about how ‘successful’ some developers are in the others (we all know how ‘successful’ an iPhone developer can be when they hit a home run).

Google has released their Google Reader application for the Android and I’ve already heard a few of my friends mention the merits of using it.
And I’m not knocking it – it looks decent.
But, here’s a general question for you guys: Do you actually spend time reading your RSS on your mobile device? Is that part of your daily schedule?

Really? Wow!
That would be the worst holiday happening ever. Thank goodness iPhones don’t explode… … yet.
But Acer has recently confirmed that they will be making a mobile device housing the Windows Phone 7 OS. Here’s what CEO Gianfranco Lanci said about Acer’s strategy in regards to mobile:
We have a very simple strategy. We look at mobile as the biggest opportunity in terms of growth. We introduced a smartphone 18 months ago.
We are working on tablets. What we want to be is a global provider of mobile solutions–smartphone, tablet, netbook, notebook–any kind of mobile, going from content creation to content consumption.
I’ve always thought of Acer as an underdog of sorts and owned one (or two?) of their devices my entire life, more out of curiosity than need (who could pass up one of their netbooks?).
