Hulu’s CEO Jason Kilar made a statement at the Samsung Press Event at CES where he announced Hulu Plus coming to Android 2.2+ soon.
Will you be using this app? I’m still not watching movies, TV, or shows on my mobile device to find this service any value, but that might just be me.
Obviously, the two major juggernauts in the mobile space are Apple’s iOS and iPhone and Google’s Android operating system.
Despite the fact that these phones and platforms are the fodder for constant back and forth about which is better, each organization is taking a singificantly different approach in how they market their product.

Alessandro has written a great little tutorial on how to create your first Android app that will send and share pictures already taken.
To do that I wanted to add the application to the list of the choices which appear when an user click on the “share” button when view an image using the default Gallery application.

Now this one looks pretty darn sweet: Toshiba’s 10.1 inch dual-core Tegra running Google’s Honeycomb Android software.
The tablet has a capacitive, high 1280 x 800-resolution display along with an accelerometer and ambient light sensor (or what Toshiba has dubbed as Adaptive Display technology).
It also has a 5 megapixel rear camera as well as a 2 megapixel front-facing one. Yep, this one is well stocked and just a quick look at the pictures below will show that the slab has got full sized USB and HDMI jacks, a single mini-USB socket, and an SD card slot.

I love my Motorola Droid X. The Android platform is great and the integration with Google’s products helps to make it a perfect compliment to my business. With Google voice, I pretty much have two different phone numbers and with Google Apps, I can easily view different calendars and emails.
After having used it for most of the year, I have downloaded quite a few apps from the Android Marketplace. Many apps are great, some not so great. I put a small list together of my favorite apps.
Note that none of these apps require your device to be rooted (the iPhone equivalent of jailbreaking).
Instagram, a very popular image sharing app for the iPhone, has announced that they are actively working on a version for the Android handset, which will make a few people on our team very happy (@Dewde, @MoreTom).
I personally haven’t jumped into it but it still looks like a very attractive app. I have to imagine that, at some point, all of the image sharing apps will have near-the same amount of features.
It’s definitely one of those “to each his own” type deals.
