Creating great videos for ministry or a business involves a lot of work, including having the right gear and perfect resources to come out with the best products possible. While we are adding the finishing touches, do note that this cannot replace great content within the video or replace shooting quality material. Below is a list of great resources to supplement your video making process.
- Vimeo Video School
This resource can teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about filming and the equipment you would use. It really is an all-inclusive resource for those new to videography that want to become better video makers. While this does not cover a ton within the editing stage of the video process, it will give you the foundational resources to produce great video clips. - Audio Jungle
This site has great royalty free audio including music loops, sound effects, and source files for nearly every thing you could need for a video. The cost can range from $1 to several bucks, which is perfect for individual projects that you may be working on to give your video just that extra push it may need. - VideoCopilot.net
If you have seen those amazing video title screens, lower thirds, or motion backgrounds and wondered how people have made them, this site is for you. Careful, if you are a person that loves to try things out, you could be on their tutorial section for days and not get through everything! For those that just want the results, they do sell great packs for you to use right away, though they are a bit pricy and do not come individually. - Art Beats
A year ago, this company was actually giving out one random stock footage a week and the quality of those are simply amazing! The down side to this companies approach is that they have a huge selection of material that you pay a hefty subscription to access and have the rights to use and so single video shoots for small businesses or ministries simply would not have the practical means to use it. Nonetheless, great resource.
