In the age of the Internet, we have all taken steps to protect ourselves. Our passwords are private, eight characters long, and include an alphabetical, numerical, and special character for protection. We do not click the email from someone in Africa that wants to give us hundreds of thousands of dollars. We even make sure that we have a secure HTTP connection on all financial transaction websites.
Yet, even with all of this, we still could be leaving ourselves wide open in the area of privacy. The context is within social media and not everything is within our control.
