These were Apple employees handing these out…blue shirts and all.
Perhaps the website isn’t coming out until after the event. I’ll be there recording it on my phone tonight.
Rick Smith says
Only thing I can think of is if the people want a bunch of people to show up at the Apple Store at 6 and make some sort of “scene” about the materials Apple is using in their iPhone, ya know. I just thought of that. Maybe they were wearing the blue shirts so Apple employees wouldn’t just kick them out of the store…….
But they are handing these things out like crazy all over the NYC Apple store……Blue Shirts, and all…
Rick Smith says
Hey, I just called the Apple store and spoke to them and they said it is indeed a scam. They are trying to make a statement about the way “Apple treats the congos.” So they want a bunch of people to show up at 6 pm so they can make a scene.
Wow…some people go through a ton of trouble to try to get people to hear their message.
You’d think if they really wanted people to hear whatever message they are trying to “share” they would find a better way to do it. Now people are going to show, feel scammed, and just be ticked that they tricked them.
Christians can learn from this.

A Google search of “Son of Triumph, PA” brought up this PCMag article: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2335607,00.asp. The name in the Whois info matches a name in the article.
The zip code in the Whois is for Hazleton, PA, and the phone number is for a health insurance company in Colorado.
That’s three strikes. It’s a scam.
