Ikea’s latest endeavor turns to tech.
At this years Milan Design Week, the first sightings of Ikea’s new cardboard camera were made.

It runs on two AA batteries (Ikea-branded, natch) and features a swing-out USB plug, view finder cutout, shutter key and paperclip-friendly erase button. While there are no details on the sensor, lens or storage capacity, the camera holds up to 40 pictures. It’s expected to land in Ikea stores at some point but exact pricing and availability are still a mystery.
How awesome would these be at your next church event?

Ehh?? What need was this they are trying to fill?
Maybe they did it just because they can.
Seems like some disposable cameras (film) have been paper-based as well.
Eric Dye says
The price point will be important.
