There are already a number of analytics apps and services that claim to be more awesome than the last one we heard about last week.
And, you know what? They might just be!
But not all of them are tracking in real-time, and although I think there are only a handful of real-live applications, usecases and scenarios where this is particularly useful, I always like to see the technology behind the veil.
Hummingbird Live Stats is one of the newer players and although it doesn’t boast some of the the rich features of a lot of different apps it does have one cool feature that I thought was worth mentioning: A dashboard that shows the actual pages being viewed via thumbnails.
I thought that was pretty unique.
Just be aware that right now you can only view it on Chrome and Webkit:
