I agree that it’s not enough to have the tool. But you need to know the the tool… I would take this a step further and say that the majority of the people that are on Facebook still don’t know how to work it. It actually is a very effective planning tool with it’s events and all that. But I’ve found that most people not reply properly to events. Tools are only as good as those that use them.
