Nice find Eric. I had seen this and actually have a post in the queue for my work site (I work for one of the largest STIHL dealers in the Southeast US.
STIHL is one of the last major Outdoor Power Companies that has not given into the BIG BOX retailers. They stand with the independent retailers. They own their niche globally. They’ve done it by building relationships with their distributors and dealers.
It is nice to see that they also are speaking to their end user. Step away from the virtual and embrace relationships.
